On Thursday, July 13, 2023, the member organizations of the National DOI Center held their first meeting. The meeting introduced the National DOI Center as a new service under the National Library of Technology. The DOI registration process was explained, including best practice approaches. The IGSN (International Generic Sample Number) identifier, which can be assigned through DataCite, was also mentioned.
