DSpace-CRIS has been recognized as an ORCID Certified Service Provider in the Research Information System category.
It is the first free open-source extension of DSpace designed for Research Data and Information Management. DSpace-CRIS places the institutional repository at its core, ensuring high visibility of all collected information and objects on the web.
ORCID member institutions can configure their DSpace-CRIS installation to allow researchers to sign in or create an ORCID iD, as well as automatically update researchers’ ORCID records. Supported updates include affiliations, education, works, and funding.
